Name: Susan M. Pritchard
Occupation: Governing Board Member, La Habra City School District
Dr. Susan Pritchard, fondly known as “Dr. P”, retired from La Habra City School District after 33 years of teaching. She inspired generations of La Habra students to love learning. Now a Trustee on the La Habra City School Board, she supports our students, ensures school safety, fiscal responsibility, and parental/guardian rights.
Dr. Pritchard holds a Bachelors degree from UC Irvine, Masters Degree from Cal State Fullerton, Doctorate degree from Claremont Graduate School, and earned National Board Certification in Early Adolescence Science.
Her many accomplishments include receiving Hughes Excellence Award in Science and Math Education, Project Tomorrow's Vision for Excellence Award, and recognition as Hero in the Classroom for Orange County and the 2016 STEM Teacher of the Year.
As a La Habra City Council Member, Dr. Pritchard will support public safety, needed infrastructure, open space, and fiscal responsibility. She will remain vigilant on
