My name is Susan Pritchard and I am best known as “Dr. P.” My husband and I love La Habra, we chose La Habra over 40 years ago and continue to love the people, the businesses, and of course, the schools! My three tenets in life have always been: God, Family and Country! Service is my life. I am currently serving as the Vice President of La Habra City School District, focusing on the needs of our students, families and staff. I am doubly honored to serve our amazing local businesses as a board member of the La Habra Area Chamber of Commerce. I serve the community on both of these boards with the same energy, vigor and resilience as I did for nearly 33 years as a teacher in La Habra. I put my heart and soul into the education of thousands of La Habra students, many of whom I have had the privilege of teaching them, their children, and other family members, for all of those years. This is MY CONNECTION to La Habra, the heart of my reason for sercice. This is MY REASON for running for City Council 2024 … serving all of La Habra, the great, caring city so many wonderful people choose to live, grow, learn and enjoy life!
It is TIME for a POSITIVE CHANGE in our city government. It is TIME to RECONNECT our wonderful businesses, generous non-profit organizations, loving houses of worship, innovative schools, incredible families and tireless service agencies, with our local government.
I am so grateful for this additional opportunity to serve everyone in La Habra.
